Job Overview:
The Sales Consultant (Patient Care Consultant) is a key link in our relationships with new
consultations/patients and must have the ability to connect with people on a professional and friendly
level to instill trust and confidence. This is a full-time position that requires weekend availability. The
main objective of this role is to meet sales expectations daily and monthly, assist the Location Director
with daily operational tasks and administrative duties, and assist with the overall success and growth of
the location. In addition ensuring patients and prospective patients receive top quality attention and care
in the interactions they have with the practice. The PCC (Patient Care Consultant) will partner closely
with all staff members to achieve sales goals.
As an Patient Care Consultant at Lipo MD, you will:
● Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.
● Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and
recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
● Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
throughout the patient's journey.
● Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

● 2-5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or
high-end luxury services
● Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a
personal level
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a
positive attitude
● Experience using a CRM tool
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
● Ability to work weekends as determined by business needs
Preferred but Not Required:
● Bilingual preferred (French/ English)
● Salesforce experience
